Join us for a fun-filled day of fitness and bonding at our Family Workout and Netball Tournament! From 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, families will enjoy a dynamic lower body toning workout together designed to strengthen your legs and glutes. No equipment necessary, just bring your enthusiasm and a water bottle. After our workout, you’ll be paired with your family team for the day and compete in a friendly netball tournament from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
