Shaping Workout and Netball

Join us for a fun-filled day of fitness and bonding at our Mom & Daughter Workout and Netball Tournament! From 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, you and your daughter will enjoy a low-impact shaping, strength, and conditioning session designed for all ages and fitness levels. Bring your yoga mat and a light weight (if you have one), and get ready to tone your muscles and have a blast together. After our workout, you’ll be paired with your mom-daughter team for the day and compete in a friendly netball tournament from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
