Join us for a fun-filled day of fitness and bonding at our Mom & Daughter Workout and Netball Tournament! From 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, you and your daughter will enjoy an invigorating upper body workout designed to strengthen your arms, shoulders, and core. No equipment necessary, just bring your enthusiasm and a water bottle. After our workout, you’ll be paired with your mom-daughter team for the day and compete in a friendly netball tournament from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
